FDU tops St. Francis, Pa. 69-56

HACKENSACK, N.J. (AP)—Eric Moore scored a game-high 17 points to lead Fairleigh Dickinson to a 69-56 victory over St. Francis (Pa.) Thursday night.

Cameron Tyler added 16 points for the Knights (4-14, 4-4 Northeast Conference) and John Galvin had 10 and a team-high eight rebounds.

Devin Sweetney scored 12 to lead St. Francis (4-14, 1-7). Mislav Jukic and Grant Surprenant both added 11.

The game featured eight ties and eight lead changes.

After a jumper by Jukic put St. Francis ahead 52-48 with 5:22 to play, FDU went on a 14-2 run to take command. Alvin Mofunanya started the run with a layup and scored six of his nine points over that stretch as FDU took a 62-54 lead with 2:08 left.
