Boyle’s 18 points leads Wis-Milwaukee to win

MILWAUKEE (AP)—Tone Boyle scored 18 points and Deonte Roberts 12 as Wisconsin-Milwaukee defeated Youngstown State 69-50 in a Horizon League game Thursday night.

The Panthers (11-6, 6-1) have won eight of their last 10 games.

The Penguins (5-11, 2-5) lost for the third time in four outings. Sirlester Martin scored 12 points for Youngstown State. Kelvin Bright, who was averaging 15.3 points, had only 3 points.

Milwaukee led 32-22 at the half. The closest the Penguins got in the second period was 36-28 on a basket by Mays.
