South Alabama beats UC Davis 72-60

MOBILE, Ala. (AP)—DeAndre Coleman scored 19 points and grabbed 18 rebounds to lead South Alabama to a 72-60 victory over UC Davis on Saturday night.

Coleman made 7-of-8 shots from the free-throw line to help the Jaguars (4-3) shoot 90 percent (18 of 20) from the line.

The Jaguars, who finished with 11 offensive rebounds, outrebounded UC Davis 36-18.

Domonic Tilford added 17 points for South Alabama and Brandon Davis added 11 in the USA Basketball Classic.

Joe harden scored 13 points, Kyle Brucculeri had 11 and Vince Oliver added 10 for the Aggies. Oliver had four of the UC Davis’ (2-5) eight steals for the game.
