Colorado State beats New Orleans 78-60
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP)—Andy Ogide recorded a career-high 22 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as Colorado State downed New Orleans 78-60 Wednesday night.
Marcus Walker hit three consecutive 3-pointers to open the game and scored 11 of Colorado State’s first 13 points on his way to 19.
Andre McFarland added 15 points for the Rams (3-2).
Jesse Carr had five assists for Colorado State, which led 28-21 at halftime. Harvey Perry tallied three assists, while McFarland had two.
Justin Archie led New Orleans (0-4) with 14 points, including 4-of-7 3-pointers. He was followed by Jaroslav Tyrna with 12 points, and T.J. Worley and Destin Damachoua with 11 points each.
Tyrna also recorded eight rebounds and an assist.
