Campbell leads George Mason to 60-54 victory over William & Mary

FAIRFAX, Va. (AP)—Folarin Campbell scored 14 of his team-high 17 points in the second half, leading George Mason to a 60-54 victory over William & Mary on Wednesday.

The Patriots (20-9, 12-5 Colonial Athletic Association) moved into sole possession of second place. They play Northeastern on Saturday in the regular season finale.

William & Mary (14-14, 10-7) erased a seven-point deficit earlier in the half and took a 50-49 lead with 6:05 remaining on Nathan Mann

Senior David Schneider scored 19 points for the Tribe (14-14, 10-7).

Campbell, John Vaughan (15 points), Cam Long (12) and Will Thomas (10) scored in double figures for George Mason. Campbell and Thomas, both seniors and members of George Mason
