Montana comes from behind to beat Idaho State 72-63 in OT
POCATELLO, Idaho (AP)—Andrew Strait had 22 points and 10 rebounds and, Jordan Hasquet added 13 points, 12 rebounds and six assists, helping Montana earn a come-from-behind 72-63 overtime victory over Idaho State on Sunday.
After trailing by six points with four minutes left, the Grizzlies (13-14, 7-7 Big Sky) got the game into overtime on a 3-pointer by Hasquet with 16.1 seconds left that tied the score at 58 at the end of regulation play.
Ryan Staudacher scored five of his 10 points for the Grizzlies in the overtime.
The Bengals (10-17, 7-7) were led by Amorrow Morgan, with 14 points; Donnie Carson, with 13 points, and Demetrius Monroe, with 11 points and eight rebounds.
Strait scored 13 points in the first half as Montana took a 34-33 lead at the half.
