Sabia’s 3-pointer gives Hartford a 69-67 win over Maine

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (AP)—Morgan Sabia hit a 3-pointer with 17 seconds left to lift Hartford to a 69-67 win over Maine on Wednesday.

Sabia also had a team-high eight rebounds and three steals for Hartford (12-13, 6-4 America East). Joe Zeglinski added 20 points to lead Hartford to a 69-67 win over Maine Wednesday night.

Mark Scocoby led Maine (6-16, 2-7) with 20 points.

The Hawks led 35-30 at the break and extended the lead to as many as nine in the second half. But the Black Bears rallied all the way back and led 67-66 with 30 second to play. Sabia answered with the game-winner, his third 3-pointer of the night.
