Galindo scores 23 points as Fla. International beats New Orleans 75-62

MIAMI (AP)—Alex Galindo finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds to lead Florida International to a 75-62 win over New Orleans on Sunday.

Russell Hicks added 17 points and Tremayne Russell had nine points for the Golden Panthers, who ended a four-game losing streak with the win. Hicks also pulled down eight rebounds for Fla. International (6-13, 3-6 Sun Belt Conference).

Bo McCalebb led all scorers with 24 points and Shaun Reynolds added 12 for New Orleans (14-7, 4-5).

Kyndall Dykes finished with seven rebounds and seven points for New Orleans and James Parlow had ten points.

Florida International held a 31-28 lead at the break.
