LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. (AP)—Harris Mansell scored 21 points—including seven in overtime—to lead Rider to a 68-63 win over Iona on Monday night.
Ryan Thompson added 20 points for the Broncs (13-6, 6-2 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference), while his brother, Jason, had 11 points, seven rebounds, six blocks and four steals. It was Rider’s fifth straight win and its eighth victory in its last 10 games.

The teams traded baskets for most of the game before Camper’s jumper with 23 seconds left gave Iona a 55-54 lead. Springer then made one of two foul shots with 5.5 seconds left, but Ryan Thompson hit a layup at the buzzer to send the game to overtime.
After each team scored a basket in the extra session, Rider went ahead for good when Mansell hit a 3-pointer with 3:41 left. He then sealed the win by making two free throws with 12.9 seconds remaining.
