Dunston leads Fordham to 72-60 victory over Binghamton

NEW YORK (AP)—Bryant Dunston had 24 points and 14 rebounds to lead Fordham to a 72-60 victory over Binghamton on Friday night.

Brenton Butler added 15 points for the Rams (6-5), and Sebastian Greene had 12.

Lazar Trifunovic had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Bearcats (3-8). Richie Forbes had 14 points and Dwayne Jackson added 13.

Binghamton opened the second half on a 25-7 run to take its only lead of the game, 47-46. A layup by Reggie Fuller closed the surge at 10:29.

Dunston then hit a jumper and a 3-pointer to put the Rams in front 51-47 with 9:43 to play.

Binghamton closed within 56-55 on Mike Gordon’s 3-pointer with 7:31 left. Marcus Stout then had seven points as Fordham closed the game on a 15-5 run.
