The Bluejays (9-1), who won their third game of the week, are off until they open Missouri Valley Conference play next Saturday at home against Illinois State. Arkansas-Little Rock (9-2), which had matched the best start in school history, saw its seven-game winning streak end.

The Trojans didn’t score their first field goal until almost eight minutes into the game, when De’Andre Eggins threw an inbound pass off a Creighton player’s back to himself for an uncontested dunk.

By then, the Bluejays were up by seven points en route to an 18-point halftime lead.
