Henderson leads Old Dominion in win over Georgia State
ATLANTA (AP)—Brian Henderson scored 19 points and Old Dominion controlled most of the contest to beat Georgia State 72-64 on Saturday night.
The Panthers (2-4, 0-1 Colonial Athletic Association) took a 30-28 lead in the first half when Justin Billingslea scored on a layup. Billingslea finished with 13 points and four rebounds.
Old Dominion (4-4, 1-0) responded with a 15-2 run to finish the half. Henderson, who sparked the run with a 3-pointer, scored eight points during the spurt.
