Anderson scores 23 but Huskies fall to Indiana State 75-66

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP)—Gabriel Moore scored 14 points and Indiana State survived a late rally by the Huskies to beat Northern Illinois 75-66 Tuesday night.

Northern Illinois (0-5) cut the margin to eight at 67-59 with just over two minutes left on a 3-pointer by Ryan Paradise, but the Sycamores (2-2) held on for the win.

Marico Stinson had 11 points and went 3-for-7 from behind the arc. Freshmen Aaron Carter and Isiah Martin had 10 each. Adam Arnold had nine rebounds for the Sycamores, who led 32-31 at halftime.

Darion Anderson led all scorers with 23 for the Huskies. Egan Grafel had 11.

Cody Yelder had nine rebounds for Northern Illinois.
