Davidson 75, Furman 57
DAVIDSON, N.C. (AP)—Stephen Curry scored a game-high 24 points to lead Davidson to a 75-57 win over Furman on Thursday night.
Thomas Sander added 12 points and Boris Meno chipped in 11 points and grabbed a game-high eight rebounds for Davidson (25-4, 16-1), which shot 47.8 percent for the game and hit all of five of its free throws.
Furman (14-14, 8-9) took an eight-point lead, its largest of the game, at 16:02 in the first half and led 33-30 at the break. Davidson came back strong in the second, outscoring Furman 45-24.
Davidson was ahead by as many as 20 points in the second half and held Furman to 40 percent shooting for the game. Furman hit 70 percent from the free throw line, all in the second half.
Moussa Diagne led Furman with 14 points, while Gerad Punch added 10 points.
