TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP)—Blake Ahearn scored 14 points to lead Missouri State to a 71-42 victory over Indiana State on Saturday.

Dale Lamberth came off the bench to score eight points for the Bears (17-7, 8-5 Missouri Valley Conference) whose bench outscored the Indiana State reserves 28-16.

Missouri State led the entire game and built its lead to 32 points with 59 seconds left in the second half.

Cole Holmstrom scored nine points to lead the Sycamores (11-11, 4-8) in their seventh straight loss.

Indiana State shot just 9-of-51 (17 percent) from the floor.

Gabe Moore added seven points and five rebounds for Indiana State as the Sycamores were outrebounded 45-34 and outscored in the paint 36-10.
