Davidson 79, The Citadel 54
DAVIDSON, N.C. (AP)—Stephen Curry scored 17 points to help Davidson stay undefeated in the Southern Conference with a 79-54 win over The Citadel on Tuesday night.
Curry, who was 4-for-6 from behind the 3-point line, led five Davidson players in double digits. William Archambault came off the bench to score 14 points, including four 3-pointers. Boris Meno scored 13 points and grabbed a game-high eight rebounds.
Davidson (16-3, 7-0) led 40-29 at halftime and opened that lead to as much as 29 points near the end of the game. The Wildcats have won 12 straight games
Donny McLendon scored 16 points to lead the Bulldogs (6-12, 3-4), who surrendered 20 turnovers.
