North Carolina A&T 91, Morgan State 80

GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP)—Steven Koger and Rechodd Carter each scored 17 points to lead North Carolina A&T past Morgan State 91-80 on Monday night.

Koger went 6-for-14 from the field, while Carter went 7-for-9 at the line for the Aggies (3-21, 3-12 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), who ended a three-game losing streak.

North Carolina A&T shot 61 percent from the field and went 24-for-39 from the line. The Aggies also scored 32 points off 29 turnovers by Morgan State (9-14, 8-8).

Carter’s 17 points were part of a 53-20 edge in bench points for the Aggies.

Chris Grant and Aaron Andrews each scored 18 points to lead Morgan State. Andrews had 10 rebounds.
