Wichita St. 64, Bradley 60
PEORIA, Ill. (AP)—Randy Burns had 18 points as Wichita State erased a 12-point second half deficit to beat Bradley 64-60 on Saturday.
Aaron Hogg’s putback and free throw with 25 seconds left gave the Shockers (11-5, 6-1 Missouri Valley) a 61-58 lead. Burns made a pair of free throws for the game’s final points. Hogg finished with 13 points.
Bradley (7-11, 3-4) shot 23 percent in the second half and were outrebounded by Wichita State 49-31. Phillip Gilbert led Bradley with a career-high 32 points and Mike Suggs had 19 points and 13 rebounds for his first career double-double.
