The Trojans showed the ability to play at an extremely high level throughout the season and should have beaten UCLA once - and possibly twice - in a rugged Pac-10 Conference schedule. One of the Trojans' bigger worries is size - or lack thereof - but freshman center Gibson has been immense with 35 points and 22 rebounds in the first two games. His matchup against burly North Carolina center Tyler Hansbrough will be pivotal to USC's hopes of toppling the No. 1 seed. Young has been outstanding with 42 points but the Trojans have yet to warm up from 3-point range, hitting just 10-of-29 from the arc thus far. Can they survive a matchup playing at the Tar Heels' frenetic pace? NEXT GAME: Friday vs. (1) North Carolina at East Rutherford, NJ
