OUTLOOK: The Razorbacks have a long way to go to get back to
the "40 minutes of hell" under former coach Nolan Richardson,
but they win with their defense. Arkansas allows 66.0
points per game - third-best in the SEC - and limits
opponents to 41 percent shooting - also No. 3 in the SEC.
The Razorbacks qualified for the tournament in Pelphrey's
first season on the strength of a second-place finish in the
SEC West. Arkansas upset Vanderbilt and Tennessee in the SEC
tournament before losing to Georgia in the final. Arkansas
has lost four straight first-round games and is looking for
its first win in the NCAA Tournament since 1999.
