Morgan State rallies to beat NC A&T 55-52

GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP)—DeWayne Jackson and Ian Chiles each finish with a double-double, and Anthony Hubbard scored six of the final seven points for Morgan State in a 55-52 victory on Saturday.

Jackson finished with 14 points and 12 rebounds for Morgan State (6-10, 3-2 Mid-Eastern Conference). Chiles also had 14 points along with 10 rebounds.

Hubbard added 10 points for the Bears.

Trailing 52-48, Hubbard made a 3-pointer to bring Morgan State within one point, 52-51, with 2:10 remaining.

After a turnover by the Aggies, Hubbard made a layup with 34 seconds left to give the Bears a 53-52 lead.

Bozeman and Hubbard each made a free throw to put Morgan State ahead by three points. Jeremy Underwood attempted a 3-pointer for the Aggies, but his shot missed with one second left and the Bears held on for the victory.

Adrian Powell finished with 12 points leading North Carolina A&T (9-11, 2-3).
