Longwood routs Columbia Union 106-46

FARMVILLE, Va. (AP)—Billy Robinson Jr. scored 17 points to lead six Longwood players in double figures and the Lancers routed Columbia Union 106-46 on Saturday night.

Kevin Swecker added 14 points, Jeffrey Ryan and Ryan Bogan scored 13 each, Martiz Washington notched 12 and Brandon Evans finished with 10 points for Longwood.

The Lancers (11-10), who led 25-17 with 8:20 left in the first half, scored 18 unanswered points to take a 43-17 lead with 30 seconds remaining in the half.

Longwood had a 46-22 lead at halftime and outscored Columbia Union (1-18) 60-24 in the second half.

Longwood shot 54.9 percent from the field (39 of 71), including 67.7 in the second half (21 of 31).

Dana Smith grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds to lead the Lancers to a 51-31 advantage on the boards.

Shaheem McNair and Dana Clark scored 11 each for Columbia Union.
