Alexander scores 19 to lead SFA over Huston-Tillotson, 79-33

NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP)—Josh Alexander scored 19 points to lead Stephen F. Austin to a 79-33 win over winless Huston-Tillotson on Friday night.

Alexander was 8 of 10 from the field, including two 3-pointers, for the Lumberjacks (9-1). Matt Kingsley had 14 points and Eddie Williams scored 12.

Titus Butler had 9 points to lead Huston-Tillotson (0-8) of the NAIA. Butler was 4-of-16 from the field for the Rams, who shot only 22 percent from the field for the game.

Stephen F. Austin, which led 36-13 at the half, outrebounded the Rams 49-27.
