Yes, the man on the right is eccentric ex-Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls star Dennis Rodman. Yes, the man on the left is the former president, George Bush. And yes, the unlikely pairing shook hands, chatted amicably and posed for pictures during halftime of Monday's Butler-UConn game.
Rodman was in Houston as part of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame's 2011 class announced on Monday. The group included former Dream Team member Chris Mullin, ex-ABA and NBA star Artis Gilmore, inventor of the triangle offense Tex Winter and Stanford women's coach Tara VanDerveer.
