After giving back a 12-point fourth-quarter lead against the Lakers, the Jazz were able to step back from the brink and come through with an overtime victory that evened their Western Conference semifinals series 2-2.

The Jazz came home trailing 2-0, but still have to win at Staples Center in order to advance. They are 3-16 all-time against the Lakers in the building and 0-4 this season, with four double-digit losses including Games 1 and 2 of this series.

"We're definitely confident now," Deron Williams said, "but we've still got to prove we can win one on the road."

The key for the Jazz will be getting off to a fast start. They fell behind by double digits in the first half of both games against the Lakers and could get no closer than four or five points in the...

Plans call for the two to spend a lot of time together for the next couple of days, or longer. The Utah Jazz are almost right where they want to be. The only thing that could top tying the Western Conference semifinals against the Lakers would be if Game 5 was in Utah instead of Los Angeles. Andrei Kirilenko blocked Kobe Bryant twice in overtime and converted a three-point play with 35 seconds remaining as the Utah Jazz beat the Los Angeles Lakers 123-115 on Sunday, tying the Western Conference semifinals at 2-2.
