Raptors unlucky as NBA breaks draft order ties

Luck wasn't on the side of the Toronto Raptors on Monday for NBA draft tie-breaking procedures, but that's OK, this was very much the undercard to the truly stressful drawing. That selection goes to Toronto as part of the Pascal Siakam trade.
