NBA - Scoop Du Jour

It seemed to take the whole summer for backup power forward/center Louis Amundson(notes) to make up his mind about which team he was going to sign with. The Golden State Warriors, New Orleans Hornets and Indiana Pacers all wanted him.

The 6-9, 238-pounder finally signed with the Warriors, his fourth team in five years, and now appears to be ready to ride the bench for a while with a broken right index finger that will need surgery, according to CSN Bay Area.

Amundson averaged 4.7 points, 4.4 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game last season for the Phoenix Suns.
