The Milwaukee Bucks came out of the All-Star break invigorated and they won three of their first four games with each victory coming against some quality competition — the Detroit Pistons, Denver Nuggets, and Cleveland Cavaliers.
But since then, the bottom has fallen out as the Bucks have lost seven of eight, including the last four, and have seen their record tumble to 19 games below the .500 mark. The Bucks find themselves one game behind last season's pace when they finished with a 28-54 record that was their worst since 1995-'96. Of course, last season the Bucks won only four of their final 17 games.
Said guard Michael Redd: "We just have to try to continue to put it together. We have 17 more games left in the season and we have to keep fighting and plugging away."

(1) Package Redd to Cleveland for there 2008 1st round pick (19th pick), that can bring a solid bench player that is young. Examples of players that may be available- Kevin Love (PF- UCLA), DJ Augustine (PG -Texas), Darren Collison (PG- UCLA), or Tyler Smith (SF- Tennessee). I would go for Tyler Smith, his versitility is amazing and off the bench he can spark the offense and play some defense.
(2) Package Charlie V and Dan Gadzuric to Portland for their 2008 1st round pick, this makes sense for both teams. Portland is full of young talent, they need some experience and it gives the Bucks another midfirst round pick, around 13th, where they can pick up a player like either JaVale McGee (PF/C- Nevada), Anthony Randolph (SF- LSU) or Darrell Arthur (PF- Kansas). Here I would go with Anthony Randolph, he has a lot of upside and can play defense inside.
(3) With their pick, I would draft Nicholas Batum (SF- France), he plays defense and can be a starter. Second round go for his fellow frenchmen, Rodrigue Beaubois (PG- France)
(4) Knowing Yi will not stay after his three years are up, might as well get something for him now, so trade Yi for Brandon Wright, Patrick O'Bryant and a 2nd round pick. This makes sense for both clubs, Bucks get young talent being wasted in Golden State and Yi goes to a place with a large Asian Population.
(5) In free agency, go for a PG and the best one out there is the young Beno Udrih (Sacromento). He brings great ball handling and disciplined defense. Also, try bring Chris Duhan (Chicago) as a back-up, he brings solid ball handling and is versitile.
Projected line-up:
PG- Beno Udrih
SG- Nicholas Batum
C- Andrew Bogut
SF- Desmond Mason
PF- Brandon Wright
Bench-
PG- Chris Duhan
PG- Rodrigue Beaubois
C- Patrick O'Bryant
SF- Tyler Smith
SF/PF- Anthony Randolph
You get a young team, that develop a great inside-outside game. They would be fun to watch and actually play team ball. Plus each player would bring defense, something Milwaukee hasn't done for the longest time. Just imagine the different line-ups they could set, plus they are young they won't be expected to win but if you keep this team together, you can have a dynasty in the making but H Kohl wouldn't do that, he doesn't care about winning.

It doesn't help that the players, for the most, are a collection of overpaid wimps, I agree.
No heart or drive whatsoever, LOSERS actually.
Disgruntled Bucks fan, out.
