Adam Morrison(notes) spent the last two seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he won two championships but didn't get into very many games. The Washington Post is reporting that he is moving on; the 6-8 small forward will be in camp for the Washington Wizards.

Michael Jordan was so impressed with Morrison in 2006 that his Charlotte Bobcats drafted him out of Gonzaga with the third pick overall. Now Morrison is looking for a spot on the Wizards.

Morrison recently worked out for teams in Las Vegas, including the Boston Celtics, as well as an individual workout for Wizards coach Flip Saunders, the Post reports. "I haven't played basically in two years, so I'm just looking for a place to get some quality minutes and try to get back in that rhythm again," Morrison said.
