The Sacramento Kings haven't been able to get a deal to replace Arco Arena and so now the team is looking to possibly move, according to the Sporting News.
"We are looking at all options to ensure the long-term viability of this franchise," owners Joe and Gavin Maloof said Monday in a statement. Up till now, the brothers had been saying that they wanted to keep the Kings in Sacramento.
Two possible destinations being mentioned are Las Vegas and Anaheim, where the NHL's Anaheim Ducks could use someone to share the Honda Center with.
It could be embarrassing to former Cleveland Cavaliers and Phoenix Suns guard Kevin Johnson, now Sacramento's mayor, to lose the NBA team on his watch.
