Kenyon Martin's leg not fractured

“KenyonFolks, including head coach George Karl, were concerned that the Denver Nuggets would be missing Kenyon Martin's(notes) services for a few weeks due to a fracture suffered in a game Friday night against the Miami Heat, according to the Denver Post.

However, the rumors coming out about K-Mart's MRI is that there is no fracture and he'll be day-to-day with a bruised left fibula. "I feel better today than I did yesterday," Martin said Saturday. "I've broken the fibula twice in my right leg, and that's the way (the injury first) felt. . . . But I can tolerate playing. I'm not worried, man."

The team gets suspended guard J.R. Smith(notes) back on Tuesday when it goes up against the Chicago Bulls.

Get some good rest KMart. I'd to see you whoop lakers' butts later on ... so no need to hurry just take a good rest in some kind of remote island... your team is alright without you.

Gotta feel bad for the guy. He is one of the hardest workers in the NBA, but he is always hurt. Hopefully he can get some rest and get healthy to take on the best of the west.
