The heat is starting to lose the fire. Be happy u beat the pistons a couple years ago. And tell Shaq he gotta retire unless he takes the 1st 8 months off the season.

Matt Barnes and Mickael Pietrus are over-rated. The warriors win over dallas was a fluke. James Posey is actually not that bad if he can just keep his cool a little bit and i kind of want Mo to stay in Toronto.

#8 - you're a moron... How can a 7 game series be a fluke? That's why they play 7 games in the first round now so the better team wins everytime... If you look at the Warriors record against the Mavs of the past 2 season, not including the playoffs, the W's are 5-1... Not a Fluke - Barnes and Pietrus are for real... Barnes can shoot lights out and Pietrus is one of the better defenders in the NBA, sans Bowen... So put that in your pipe and smoke it, son!

having Barnes and Pietrus would be a great addition to the heat, it would give Wade a running partner and scoring partner on the wing and Pietrus with great clean up play and defend others would help them out tremedously. now all they need is a point guard because i still am not a jason williams believer.

Would hate to see W's lose Barnes, but happy for him that he's being recognized for his all around game. Can see many teams wanting to lock him up for a few years, he brings a lot to the table and is a good team player. Hopefully his UCLA background will help keep him on West Coast.
If Pietrus stops worrying about trying to score and goes back to being a defender first, he will have success in the NBA.

Pietrus and Barnes are very solid role players. I am sure many teams have them on their radar.

Is Warriors better than Mavs? I wasn't so sure. But one thing everyone has to realize is the coaching. Avery Johnson is not as good as Don Nelson yet. Avery Johnson is lucky that he has a such good players to play with. Let's see how will he do if he is coaching the sonics? But also, for warriors, if it wasn't Don Nelson, the Warriors could have lost.
Back to this... get Mo Pete... we don't want him in Toronto...

I am a big heat fan, but for the life of me i cant figure out there drafts or signings ...Grant hill was available to be there six man of the bench he's a vet. i know they like old ball players. Trading Posey is crazy they need to trade Walker and release payton so they can get a point/ foward... Names out there mike bibby, barneys and marion we need so youth plus experience they got it. Or else were gonna get ran of the court vs. the bulls, wizards and know orlando

I'm not a huge Pietrus fan, but the D is solid... on the other hand the warriors need to lock up Matt Barnes now... the guy brings energy like no other and his all around game makes him one of the top guys coming off the bench in the league. It would be a huge loss if the Warriors don't sign him. The Knicks can have Mo Pete, i'm not a fan anyway.
