San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said there was a 50-50 chance Tim Duncan would play Friday against the Utah Jazz.
Considering that Duncan appeared to have suffered a serious injury when his right leg curled underneath him in a fall in the second quarter Sunday against the Portland Trail Blazers, the upbeat injury report was surprising.

Maybe Oberto can show his offensive skills in Duncans absence.

Just about the dumbest thing I've read. Everyone knows Timmy is the soul of the Spurs, even when On the bench.

Until this year the Cavs were 10-3 without Lebron in the lineup. And had their two highest scoring games since Lebron joined the Cavs. Facts.
Pavlovic missing preseason & Vereajo not playing yet are two good reasons why the Cavs are not winning this year without Lebron. That is like missing Lebron, a starter (Pavlovic) and 6th man (Vereajo)
The Cavs can win without Lebron, but not with the present lineup.
