Dallas snapped a season-high four-game losing streak Thursday, beating the Sacramento Kings 111-103 at Arco Arena. The Mavericks overcame a 16-point halftime deficit, outscoring the Kings 67-43 the rest of the way.
“Obviously, we needed to stop that losing streak, but we also played a good half of basketball, which we haven’t seen in a while,” said Mavs forward Antoine Walker, who 23 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists.
“Hopefully we can use it as a springboard.”
“If you look at our team, we have an unbelievable squad,” said Nowitzki, who didn’t commit a turnover in 47 minutes. “We just haven’t been clicking. It was fun to watch us finally come through. It’s good to see that we can still execute.”
The Mavs dropped a 108-101 overtime decision at Memphis on Nov. 15, just their fifth defeat in 32 all-time meetings with the Grizzlies. Dallas is 13-3 all-time at home against Memphis, including 4-0 at the American Airlines Center.

However, the Grizzlies allowed the Knicks to shoot 52 percent.
“We were very displeased with our effort,” Memphis coach Hubie Brown said. “We let a team shoot 52 percent in this building, which is rare this year.”
Gasol is averaging 22.3 points and 11 rebounds in his last three games.
