Memphis is just 8-29 on the road and opened a three-game trip with a 95-71 loss at Seattle on Friday.
Pau Gasol scored 13 points and Lorenzen Wright grabbed 15 rebounds for Memphis, which shot 32 percent and made 3-of-16 shots from beyond the arc. The Grizzlies scored just 32 points in the first half.
Memphis and Los Angeles split a pair of meetings this season in January. The Grizzlies posted a 116-111 victory on January 3 at home. The Clippers responded five days later with a 103-95 triumph here. Elton Brand scored 30 points on 14-of-22 shooting and Andre Miller added 19 points and 14 assists for the Clippers.
Los Angeles lost its fourth straight with Thursday’s 93-83 defeat at Sacramento. Rookie Chris Wilcox scored 16 points as the Clippers fell behind by 28 points after three quarters en route to the loss.
Brand has a stress fracture in his lower left leg and will miss the contest.
