Entering the season, Orlando was 24-24 all time against Cleveland but had done no better than 3-1 against the Cavaliers in any season. The Magic won three of four against the Cavs the previous two campaigns and in the 1994-95 season.
But the Magic have won each of the first three meetings this season, including a 113-108 triumph here on January 29.
Orlando, which has won back-to-back games, defeated Miami here on Wednesday, 109-93.
Tracy McGrady scored 36 points - his seventh in a row with at least 30 - and Pat Garrity and rookie Gordan Giricek added 18 apiece for Orlando, which lost rookie forward Drew Gooden to a sprained big toe in the second quarter. He did not return.
Cleveland has lost its last two contests and 15 of 17. On Wednesday, the league-worst Cavs fell to 0-2 on their three-game road trip with a 128-1-1 setback at Memphis.
Rookie Carlos Boozer contributed 27 points and 12 rebounds to pace the Cavs, who allowed the Grizzlies to shoot 61 percent.
