Toronto has lost three games in a row and fell to 0-2 on its five-game road trip with a 125-103 setback at Portland on Wednesday.

Vince Carter scored 21 points to pace the Raptors, who trailed by just one point after 12 minutes but fell behind by 18 at the break and did not threaten the Trail Blazers in the second half.
