TORONTO (TICKER) —The Toronto Raptors hope to extend their season-high winning streak to four games when they host the Atlanta Hawks at the Air Canada Centre on Wednesday.

The Raptors entered the All-Star break with four victories in five games, including a 98-95 triumph at Milwaukee last Tuesday.

Vince Carter - the only All-Star on either team - scored 25 points and blocked Ray Allen’s potential game-tying 3-pointer just before the buzzer.

Antonio Davis added 16 points and 16 rebounds in the win.

Atlanta has lost back-to-back contests after a three-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, the Hawks lost at home to Golden State, 116-113, after Dion Glover’s attempted game-tying 3-pointer did not drop.

Glover otherwise had a fine game, matching his career high with 28 points.

Glenn Robinson chipped in 25 points for Atlanta, which rallied from a 22-point deficit to tie the contest, 113-113, before Gilbert Arenas stole an errant pass from Shareef Abdur-Rahim to Dan Dickau and made a layup with 17 seconds left.

The Hawks routed the Raptors in Atlanta on November 18, 117-92, to snap a six-game losing streak in the series. Toronto has won three straight at home since a loss on December 22, 2000.
