SALT LAKE CITY (TICKER) —The Memphis Grizzlies try to snap their six-game slide and salvage the finale of a three-game road trip with they face the Utah Jazz at the Delta Center on Wednesday.

The Grizzlies have lost six straight games for the first time since opening the season with 13 consecutive losses. They have lost nine of their last 10 and 12 of 14 since winning the first two games in January.

Memphis fell to 0-2 on its road trip with a 101-91 loss at Golden State on Monday.

Pau Gasol scored 20 points and Shane Battier collected 16 and 11 rebounds for the Grizzlies, who shot just 39 percent and fell to 0-10 when shooting less than 40 percent.

Memphis played without guard Wesley Person, who was out with a bruised left knee cap.

The Grizzlies have lost four of their last five road games and are 3-20 away from The Pyramid this season.

Utah has dropped consecutive games following a three-game winning streak, including a 92-90 loss to the Dallas Mavericks here on Monday.

Matt Harpring scored 20 points after missing Friday’s game with bruised ribs and Karl Malone added 18 in his 1,400th career game as the Jazz lost for the fifth time in eight games.

Utah has lost three of its last five home games and is 17-7 at the Delta Center this season.

The Jazz have won the first two meetings with the Grizzlies this season, including a 104-74 victory here on December 6. Utah leads the all-time series, 25-4, including a 13-2 mark at the Delta Center.
