Matthews said on Twitter that he was cleared to resume shooting Tuesday, after stitches were removed from his elbow.
Recommendation: Matthews had a quality 2012-13 season where he averaged 14.8 points per game in 69 games played. His elbow injury should be behind him, and he should be fully prepared for the start of next season.
