Vince Carter: (Ankle) Could Play Tuesday

Update: Carter worked out Monday and tested his sore ankle, the Orlando Sentinel reports. If he can make it through Tuesday’s morning’s shootaround, he is expected to play Tuesday against Detroit.

Recommendation: Making it through the shootaround is no guarantee, since Carter had a similar chance to play on Sunday and had to shut it down after pregame warm-ups. Since he appears close to playing, it’s probably safe to have him active in weekly leagues because he’ll still get three games in this week even if he can’t play Tuesday.
