Marreese Speights: Leaves with Knee Injury

Update: Speights left Sunday’s loss to the Pistons in the fourth quarter after banging knees with a Detroit player, the Associated Press reports.

Recommendation: Speights, who said he was fine after the game, was the leading frontcourt scorer with 15 points, six rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 23 minutes off the bench. It was his third straight game in double-digit scoring. We’ll see if he can respond Monday, when the Sixers host the Suns.
