Suns exercise options on Dudley, Lopez

PHOENIX (AP)—The Phoenix Suns exercised their options on the contracts of forward Jared Dudley(notes) and center Robin Lopez(notes) for the 2010-11 season, but declined the option on the contract of swingman Alando Tucker(notes).

Dudley is entering his first full season with the Suns after being acquired in a multiplayer trade with Charlotte on Dec. 10.

Lopez was Phoenix’s first-round pick in the 2008 draft. He is recovering from a broken bone in his left foot.

Tucker was a first-round draft pick of Phoenix in 2007 and has played in just 36 games, including 30 last season.

The moves were announced Friday.

    Look back at what Dudley has done for them, and I dont necessarily mean the box score, but the actual games. He's done a solid job helping out all areas.

    thisll b their last year unless they do something because they havnt contributed at all to the suns
