Yao Ming, a fire-breathing dragon and three kung-fu pandas vs. LeBron James, a lassoing cowboy and three B-boy bears. Winners out, clear everything, games to 11. Who ya got? Let's put a Coke on it.

Are you a sensitive bunch, or what? Stereo types? Why does everyone have to cry about something that doesn't exist? Coke is celebrating two cultures in one spot, and you uber negative people want to make something bigger out of an American Cowboy and a few Chinese Pandas?
Awesome.
I'm shocked you each haven't railed and complained about the animated versions of an African American and a tall Chinese dude.

If you see the video as racists, the Chinese people could care less. Who cares if the critics stop drinking Coke!

I am sorry your "story" will not appeal in China. The Chinese don't know what "bling blings" are and even Jay-z's.
You may look "funnier" and "weird" to most Chinese - you can't even speak Chinese! Don't be a stereotype, don't expect them to have the same reaction as yours. Who knows you may even looks worse to the Chinese's eyes!

all racist are stupid.
People are looking too much into it trying to find hidden racism that isn't there. Get a life people. There are way to many instances of real racism out there to cry wolf over a coke commercial.

The common cultural tie that allows them to relate to each other is a corporate product, but that's an entirely different issue.

The commerical acheives a point for the ruling political party by putting China on par with the U.S., thus by extenstion, China is on par with the U.S. in terms of human rights? As far as I have read, the U.S. has greater institutional protections for human rights than does China.
So its a slick ad and the ones paying the freight are those poor Chinese minions working for Walmart suppliers with few institutional rights in their country.
