Ball Don't Lie - NBA

Jordanesque. adj. Reminiscent of Michael Jordan. Coined by NBC Sports commentator Marv Albert. The -esque ending means 'like', as found on words like Romanesque and statuesque. Context and source: "That move was Michael Jordanesque!" [See: Paul, Chris]

And I agree with Awful Announcing: Doris Burke's high-pitched "oh!" call was damn near perfect. It was like she had just witnessed an angel in a car accident. Shulman and Burke are a solid one-two broadcasting punch.

Chris Paul is the point guard of the future. I want the spurs to win but Chris is amazing to watch, hes quickly matured into one of the best if not the best point guard in the NBA. His humble character along with his strong work ethic and desire to win will take him far. He told stories of how he worked on his father's farm in NC and woke up every morning at 5am to mow the lawn and work hard. Definitely a classic blue collar worker turned pro. He makes everyone in NC proud!

    SHULMAN is terrific. FULL STOP.
Doris is terrible ... "Oh" and all.
Chris Paul is a fabulous PG ... but he is NOT better than Deron Williams.
CP3 & D-Will are both terrific young Points Guards but NEITHER ONE is yet better than the other.
Both are so far BEHIND men like OSCAR, MAGIC, MICHAEL, LARRY, KOBE & eventually LEBRON ... as Multi-dimensional Fundamentally Game-Changing Forces in the Basketball Universe ... it's not even funny.

    khandor, please.
    CP3 D.Williams.
You can't say CP3 has an easier time vs. the Spurs than D.Williams has against the Lakers, b/c both Lakers and Spurs are probably among the top 4 teams (other two being Hornets and Celtics) with the skill, depth, consistency, clutch, and will to win.
It's not that the Jazz have less talent - I mean... Boozer/West, Korver/Stojakovic, Okur/Chandler? Chris Paul just gets his way b/c he's that much better than D.Williams. That and I'ld say that Spurs have better defense than the Lakers. =P
Tie to stop dreaming and start seeing.

More like a D-wade shot if you ask me. Jordan made circus plus one shots cuz of his ridiculous hang time combined with strength. This shot is just pure strength. Splitting the gap on that spurs D like a virgin on prom night. Also, is it just me or was that a travel because he landed before he released the shot?
I wonder if Jason Kidd is still going to start over CP3 for team USA this summer given how Chris Paul has dominated the league this year?
