Ball Don't Lie - NBA

In case you were busy working on spreadsheets this morning, or your Australian television feed wouldn't stop cutting away to swim heats, check out this ridiculous Dwyane Wade-to-Kobe Bryant alley-oop Awful Announcing has up before the NBC suits remove the video. Doug Collins' cool shades call it the "play of the tournament." It's tough to disagree.

(Update: I've embedded the clip below the jump. We'll see how long it survives.)

USA basketball is a JOKE a bunch of showboats who still do not understand the team concept. all the other teams may only have 1 or 2 players that could play in the nba as opposed to the us who is stacked. all of the players on this team make me want to puke including no talent lebron and kobe. this team would be murdered by the dream team and even though they are all retired they could still beat these guys becasue they understood TEAM

#5 "this team would be murdered by the dream team and even though they are all retired they could still beat these guys" for real? i suppose wilt could come back from the grave and drop 50, or maybe dominique would come out and do a 360 windmill dunk over someone. you are trippin. those guys are old. at their prime yeah they would probably beat this team but they had some of the all time greats. but really though what USA team have you been watching. maybe you should turn off the vcr with the tapes of the 2004 games and take a look at this team which has been playing well and as a team. they wouldnt have blown out a very good greece team if they werent. you need to work on your basketball iq there buddy, because straight up, you are talking out of your a*s.

Wow the video is up two days later!!! Maybe NBC is finally realizing (or losing money) with their unforgivingly horrible Olympic coverage. Long live the internet.
