Ball Don't Lie - NBA

Magic backup center Marcin Gortat is a natural born salesman. Seriously. Dude could sell an Eskimo ice. Really expensive bagged ice. In fact, Gortat has such a way with words, that I dare you to watch this clip from The Dante & Galante Show and NOT buy eight Bobcats/Magic tickets for Feb. 11.

The "selling like a champion" starts up around the 1:20 mark.

"Oh, you'll be interesting? How many?"

Wow. The "Polish Hammer" might do a better Borat imitation than Sasha Cohen himself.

There is no Bobcats Magic game on February 11th, or I would definitely buy me some tickets.
This dude is an epic salesman. He could sell intelligent Americans on Barack Obama making a good president.

He is the kind of player we need with the Flint Tropics, blocks shots and sells tickets. Plus he can wrestle the bear when it gets loose!

Baller8184198--It doesn't take Gortat to sell that. The trick is to believe in the good of humanity and selflessness.

I don't like Obama, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. He's capable of doing a good job if he can reign in Congress.

gotta love ppl with personality. we want our athletes to be personable and respectable, yet there is a fine line between boorish and arrogant. i like that gortat went out of his way to make that work in his 2nd language, takes a lot. plus the dude was hilarious (are you interesting?? how many?). i liked the one guys confidence in him to be a dbl-dbl guy with more p.t., besides its about time that orlando ships us another underplayed, talented center anyway, we got ben wallace in 00, well take the hammer in 09.
mad shout out to the woman in the vid too, can you say "shazaam"
