Video: Josh Smith brings the boom

Loved this 'graph from Dime:

"Josh Smith is so good above the rim, he dunks so hard and makes it look so easy, that it's getting tough to even be that impressed by his dunks anymore unless he's dunking right on somebody. It's like he's playing on a nine-foot rim while everybody else is on 10."

Yes, that and with a bunch of 12-year-olds. (No offense, Roy.)

digg delicious

The refs played a great game last night. Good win for them.

Martel's wasn't better...You see exactly how high he is? If it was LeBron the blog would've filled with comments. Imagine if Smith had a jumper....scary....

Martell beat his man and went over him -- Smith was in the open court. Yes, Smith was higher.

Better game dunker: Josh Smith or Shawn Kemp. Discuss below.

Oh, good question, #7. I'm going with Kemp. He was not far and away better, but I think clearly the better of the two in game.

#8....I hope you're joking. Smith is the best dunker in league son. Kemp shouldn't even be in this discussion.
    #6.....Martell sucks
#2.....just because Portlands tv broadcasters thought the ref's had some bad calls, doesn't mean you have to side with them. Blake did step out of bounds and Oden did give Smoove an elbow late in the game.
    Keep it up Smoove!!!!

After the hype dies down everyone will forget about the hawks. Only to see them shock one of the big 3 to make it to the east conference finals.
    lets go HAWKS

Blake didn't step out of bounds, the Portland replay clearly showed it.
The refs cheated Portland about 3 or 4 times all in the closing minutes of the game.
I usually say nothing about bad calls, they can go either way..but my goodness i think those calls
cost Portland the game,I really do.
