Ball Don't Lie - NBA

Dwyer's "Behind the Box Score" column is running a little behind schedule this morning. (Damn you, Comcast! Damn you to Internet hell!) So in the meantime, why not enjoy this clip of Heat guard Dwyane "Mr. 10,000 points" Wade cuttin' through the lane against the Bulls and finishing with style?

I can't remember a drive more sick than that one. Behind-the-back to split the double-team then finishes with a double-clutch left-hand layup past the rest of the team? You know it's good when it takes that many hyphens to describe what he did in 2 seconds.

That was nasty! Hard to believe he's the only Heat player ever to score 10,000 points with the Heat.

I've seen Ginobili split a double team by going through his legs and finishing with a dunk. That might be the only other play better than Wade's.

Not to take anything away from such an awesome drive, esp the behind the back to break the double team, but after that he may as well had an open lane, such weak help defense, but I suppose ideally he was never supposed to get past the first two... but still, someone at least make him earn those at the stripe, he's D-effing-Wade he's going to finish.

Whoa. Wade is the sickest to ever dawn a HEAT jersey, glad he's ours.
Travel commentors see 2009-2010 rule book, then talk.
Manu is good, but Wade is on another level of greatness.
    That'll be all.
