Video: Coach Byron Scott is making money off his shooters

A clever YouTube'r spliced together some funny moments from the Hornets training camp and uploaded it for the world to see. The clip runs a little long at over fives minutes, but the content is great — coach Byron Scott making monetary bets with Morris Peterson and Chris Paul on how many threes they can hit. The running commentary, helped along by Peja and Posey, is quite amusing.

    I'm still impressed. My outside shot is pretty shaky, I'm usually good for one or two a game, if I tried that I'd probably go about 15/50

    That was 100% the best part of the Hornets' training camp special. Esp Peja and Posey talking in the background, and Byron Scott talking trash at the shooters.

    what is so funny about some guys trowing a ball in a net and talking about money the whole time ?
    Yhea we all know all is about money. but no need to be reminded :)

    The really crazy thing is that Chris Paul took an even money bet that he would make 40 out of 50--80%--of his NBA-range three point shots. Pretty ballsy. Most guys dream of hitting 80% of their free throws.
